One of our key perks is the freedom to work whenever and wherever you want. We’re talking total flexibility here, folks! The best part? You can ditch the traditional office space because we’re all about being location-independent.

We offer all our full-timers a sleek new MacBook Pro to get their work groove on from the get-go.

We’re all about fostering connections, igniting creative inspiration, and staying social. Being part of a co-working space mean’s we’re not confined to WFH.

For our teammates who prefer working from cozy cafes rather than traditional co-working spaces. (We sometimes sub in coffee for an end of day beer too).

As we’re all self-employed in our countries of residence, we offer a one-time accountancy allowance upon starting at Noise.

We donate studio time and resources to engage in pro-bono work with individuals and organisations dedicated to taking care of our planet and striving for a better future.
11. 1% for the planet
We donate 1% of our profit to the planet every year. We firmly believe that businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to the environment, and that’s why we’re dedicated to making this annual donation.
12. Cora the Coral
We’re proud parents of Cora the Coral. We adopted her back in 2019. With our adoption, the Coral Gardeners team will be able to repopulate the reef with resilient fragments of super corals ready to take on climate change 🪸💗
13. We’re on the road to becoming B-Corp
We’re currently on a journey towards achieving B-Corp status, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing workers, communities, and our planet in a positive way.
14. Yearly bonus opportunities
If our profits keep growing year after year, we’ll distribute a percentage of that growth to the team that year.
15. Yearly studio retreat
Once a year, we get together for an epic studio retreat. It’s an event we hold dear because it gives us a chance to be in the same place, face-to-face, for an entire week. Last year was Mexico… this year we’re heading to Vietnam!
We believe that the best creative work is the result of a fun and playful environment. We know that to come up with brilliant ideas, we need space to think. To design epic work, we need time to mess around. To turn up every day with creative energy, we sometimes need to step away from our screens and stare at the clouds for a bit. Creativity requires inspiration, and we get more of that from being out in the world than we do from scrolling through Pinterest (no offense, Pinterest).
